8.4 Nav radio problems!!

Have a 19 RAM, with the 8.4 nav system. NOTHING SAVES, it might work for a couple of days, when i get in everything reverted to factory, presets, themes, it is very frustrating anyone have this problem. Also auto lock seems not to be working either

There is another thread about this issue. Supposedly there is a firmware update that will fix this. My dealer said they didn't have a way to update it...I'm going to try another desler.
