Quick intro, been a Ram owner, 3/4 ton or bigger since 2008. Last November we sold my wifes 14 JGC ecodiesel and went to a 2018 F150 platinum with a 5.0. Didn't have it for 400 miles before it was in the shop. Stalling, transmission issues, build quality etc. Enough was enough so we ditched that pos and bought a 2019 limited. Personally I wanted a longhorn with off road and no sunroof ...but my wife HAD to have adaptive cruise.

Anyways, during test drive I noticed a creak which the dealer quickly addressed with new cab mounts according to TSB. October build truck. 65k msrp, paid 51 otd. (Ep, dealer cash and incentive). Bought lifetime warranty just before they became unavailable too through ziegler cheap.

At 500 miles, dropped the oil and put in Mobil 1 and a new filter.

5500 miles later and my wife loves driving again. Her avg mpg on the highway is 16. Mine is 20.

One of her coworkers has a Laramie with sport package and he loves his too with no issues as well.

As for me, I love my 2014 3500 too much to get rid of her. 170k miles and going strong.

Yep, it’s hard to let a Cummins go. I did though, traded my 2010 3500 and my old car for my new ‘19. The 2010 only had 50,000 miles so you know what it was worth. Not a lot of difference between my trades and new truck so I went for it. Just didn’t need that much truck anymore and wanted a daily driver half-ton. Sure miss that Cummins sound though! Best of luck, I’m sure you all will continue to enjoy the ‘19. We really love our Longhorn!B516874E-75E0-47B7-A84B-4D31F49A4888.jpegBA70867D-0E21-4F0D-9B59-62F80C33E3BD.jpeg
