5th Gen door frame tape

On my 2017 RAM I removed the ugly black tape off my doors the day I picked my truck up. I hated how it looked. I see a lot of people driving around with it on yet and seems nobody knew there was beautiful paint underneath.

Wondering if the 5th Gen RAM’s are the same way? Hoping it can be removed too.

Looking at deeve’s truck I feel much better. Actually looks really good with the Granite.

My Blue Streak Pearl was just horrible before.

Couple options for ya: either take them off and get them painted and reinstall, or you can buy the trim pieces that come standard on the limited because they are gloss black instead of the plastic look we have
