5 inch w/o satellite radio

I have a question on this.

My 2019 3500 tradesman has the 5 inch head unit without the Sirius box checked. My 17 3500 had the same radio and had Sirius. The truck has the satellite antenna. Is there a way to flash in or enable the radio to use Sirius? It was not on the build sheet either.

Can I install a 5 inch unit with the satellite radio option and it work?

To be open and transparent, our company makes SiriusXM integration to that 5" screen. We also have it for the 7" screen, but those are mostly in Jeeps.
