5.7 Engine oil

Hello,

I have been using the Mopar brand 5w 20 engine oil in my 2021 5.7 Hemi. Was thinking of switching to full synthetic. Should I stay with the synthetic blend? What type/brand oil does everyone use?
I change the oil every 6 months (never over 3k miles) so I am not looking for a long life oil. Just looking for opinions.
