Got a question. I've read that once you put a 6 inch lift that you shouldn't drive in 4WD Auto anymore. Anyone else hear about this?

Haven't heard that. What's the logic? Big tires too much for the auto setting?

I haven't heard that either, I have used 4auto here with really rainy days as well as the recent snow-fest that happened and it has worked great. (on a 6in lift w/35s)

I never heard this before.

All I can think is that someone did a poor job on a vehicle with a straight axle and now the front driveshaft angle is too steep and running around with the axle disconnect connected sets up a lot of vibration. So he makes up some BS to cover it up and it gets repeated and spreads.
