Not my truck, found this in another thread from cookingflueless. Looks like he has wheel spcaers as well.
Any Idea what lift/leveling kit is on that? Im looking at that same set up but with 33x12.5" tires.

Unfortunately, no idea. From the looks, I'd guess something more than a Mopar leveling kit.
