What is everyone getting mpg with 35” tires? I have 800 miles on my new truck and getting approximately 13 mpg city driving. Is this normal? Do you think this will improve?
That’s what I get with the stock Bridgestones! LolWhat is everyone getting mpg with 35” tires? I have 800 miles on my new truck and getting approximately 13 mpg city driving. Is this normal? Do you think this will improve?
You can't delete options but you can hide them. One can configure screen not to show fuel data.I wish I could delete the screen for mpg. I use the same fuel per week on 35’s that my 6.2 Silverado did on 33’s. when the fuel light comes on, I know to get fuel. I definitely didn’t buy a Hemi looking to get good fuel mileage. They love gas.
Also Ive had her 9 months and have 23000 miles on her.
love the truck, long rides to nowhere.damn I’ve had mine 9 months and coming up on 14,000 and thought that was getting up there. You got me beat by a mile.

Just got home 350 miles round trip. Costco 91 octane
80% of total trip was 80 to 85 MPH.
Buddy in 2019 Nissan Rouge had super hard time to keep up same number of passengers in each vehicle did 24 MPG. And Rouge smelled like every thing on fire when we reached destination.
He claimed under normal driving conditions he got 30 Mpg. 170 hp belt/chain driven transmission.
He said it was abuse to vehicles.

That’s some low effective gearing. I’d have to run 43’s to match that!
I meant what I said because the 2.93:1 is a lower or smaller ratio than 3.92:1, though It turns out that gear terminology is dictated by the final output speed and not the ratio of the gear. You mean "high" effect five gearing don't you? Small number gear ratios are high gears and larger number gear ratios are low gears. 2.93 is a high or tall ratio.
