300 miles 1 week old...

Have seen numerous threads about the powertrain and the shifting from P to D and it not shifting into gear.. my truck is only a week old with almost 300 miles.. This has happened 5 times already and was wondering if anyone has received an answer on the problem and if it was corrected! Thanks for any responses so it can lead me in the the right direction!
