Hi Everyone

2019 Ram 6.7L 2500
32k Miles

Codes:
P046C - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit Range
P056E
P0401 - Exhaust EGR Flow Insufficient
P0299 - Turbo / Supercharger Underboost Condition
P0226C - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch C Circuit Range/Performance Problem
P0490 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation "A" Control Circuit High

Forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong thread. I'm having some issues with my 2019 Ram 6.7L 2500. Has anyone experienced an EGR issue with these trucks (and or previous models)? I've been to 2 different dealerships (one in home state and one in Washington State) now and heading to another one once I'm back to CT. I've burned through the initial EGR valve that came with the truck, the 1st replacement EGR valve and now the second replacement. I'm thinking there is an underlying issue that might be making the EGR's fail but I don't know what it could be and the dealers don't seem to know either? I'm thinking maybe an electrical issue? Does anyone have any recommendations or insight or experienced this? thank you.

I would investigate the aftermarket. Since it's part of a goofy EPA scheme I'd bet there is a bypass kit

I have the same issue. The electrical connector inside my 2019 6.7 EGR valve is burned and separated. There is a burn mark on the metal. I am debating if I should just delete it all.

Here is a link to the hd ram forum, you will probably find better information there. Good luck.

Same issue. Replace the EGR valve and the after clearing codes, the code come back. P049C.
