3.6L heavy tick from valve lash adjuster

hi, got a heavy tick from what seems like a bad valve lash adjuster, apparently a thing with these 3.6l Pentastar's. got 65k miles on the truck with a 3.5 in lift kit and 35" tires so she runs a bit heavy.

was wondering if anyone had similar issues?

Doesn't the 3.6L engine have hydraulic lifters?
Suspect possible rocker roller bearings.

Pretty standard failure in the Jeep world, they usually take out the passenger side intake cam when they fail too. I just replaced mine on my 3.6l in the Jeep. The valve lash adjusters are about $10 each, the rocker arm is about $100. They do have a kit that includes the cam, 6 rockers and 6 lash adjuster with a valve cover gasket and a tube of RTV for about $450.
