I have a 2019 4X4 with 3.21 gears lifted with 35" tires. I am looking to swapping to 3.92 gears. I know the front differential will need to be swapped. Just looking to see if anyone has completed this job and how it turned out. Are there any codes that are thrown when this is done? Any special parts needed?

Welcome to the proper selection. I am sure there is some programing but any of the programmers out there should work (Alfaobd, Tazer, etc.). You would need to tell the truck what gears it has or it will not shift correctly.
The swap should be straight forward since the housings are the same. I assume but do not know, that the rear diff is regular bolted ring and not welded like the front so it should be standard.
