Just recently purchased a 2021 ram 1500 and felt a hickup when driving earlier and then noticed the 2wd drive light on all the time. I can shift 4wd and no other lights on. Is it just me noticing nothing cause just the truck or is a possible problem popping up?

Pictures help. Hard to know what light(s) you are asking about.
Pretty sure I explained what light is on. The 2WD light is on. Meaning light is on all the time. No other lights. 2wd light is not blinking.... its on all the time.

If your not willing to provide the information so that the members can see where the light is and what color it is, how are they supposed to glean any information from your original post? Is it in the driver's display, the dash, control unit, etc..? Is it green, yellow, red, etc..? Pictures are worth a thousand words left unspoken!

A light is always on, on that unit, to tell what mode your in.
If you try to shift to 4x4 and it blinks then reverts/stays in 2wd your shift actuator is likely gone (about $100 and ten minutes to change).

No you didn't or I'd not ask. Anyway, if it is on the selector, of course it's going to be on all the time. It tells you it is in 2WD.
