2WD lift kit help

I'm thinking about doing a lift kit on my 2 wheel drive crew cab. Please give me suggestions on what you think is the best lift kit and why. I would greatly appreciate advice from people who have a few miles on a lift kit they're suggesting.

For a 2wd truck, you will want to go with the CST 4" Spindle lift. Best option available.

The only other option at the moment would be the Readylift or Rough Country 3.5" lifts, but the ride will not be as good. The spindle lift will maintain the stock ride quality.
