275/65R20 on stock rims

Anyone have any pics of 275/65’s on stock 20’s with a level? Trying to figure out if I’m gonna be happy with this size. Had 35/12.5’s on my 4th Gen but I don’t want to change rims. And from the looks of the stock tires now it’s pretty close to the UCA’s

Looking to do the same or 285/60r20 on a bilstein level. Thinking of going with duratracs.
