'23 1500 Electrical Issues

I'm in western NY with temps in the negatives or single digits. Over this past week,, my truck has been having lots of electrical issues. I have a service center appt scheduled for this Monday but was hoping to get some advice/guidance if anyone else has seen these issues or might know more.

1. Remote start no longer works. It'll try to crank once and then nothing. It does still start with the push button but has a high pitched squeal for the first couple seconds.
2. Front parking sensors are constantly warning. I've cleaned them several times and there's no snow on them. It did this last winter as well but only a few times, this year it's constant.
3. Dashboard is a Christmas tree. This happens randomly, but various lights will be permanently on for my trip. They only seem to go off once I've driven for a bit, gotten out and let the truck sit for a bit and then start it again.
4. Auto switched itself from 4WD to 2WD on my last trip

It does have the eTorque system and in the summer I was told I might have a rear window leak and to keep an eye on it. I never saw evidence of water coming in so I just left it. Would all these issues stem from the eTorque battery getting water on it and being frozen? Or do I likely have multiple issues across the board?
