22 Rebel etorque

Currently experiencing these issues. When pressing gas pedal theres like a hesitation to go forward. After a second it kinda jumps. Also had jerking issues when hitting the brakes or just slowing down in general. Would this require a software update or what else can it be?

Is this truck new to you? Have you driven an e-torque before? From my experience the e-torque drives much differently. I too thought something was wrong when I first got it. The electric motor does probably more to slow the truck down than it does assist it to start. What you are experiencing may just be normal. Hard to say just by your post.
