Hey everyone, first post here as I haven't been able to find an answer to this issue anywhere. I've had my ram 1500 bighorn for almost 3 years, and out of the blue a few moths ago my front park assist stopped working. Everytime I push the button for it, or turn on my car, a message pops up that says "front park assist unavailable service required". This had happened before in the winter, but always came back fine after a few minutes. Now it's been months that it hasn't worked, it may spontaneously come back for a few minutes but always reverts back to not working. I called the dealer to request service, and they said it would be $250 just to look at it and diagnose, and possibly over $1000 to fix depending on what they find. Anyone have a similar issue, or an idea of how I could try to fix it before I commit to spending the money? I've tried cleaning the sensors, and everything I can think of. Back park assist has never had a problem. Thank you for any feedback!

A lot of times there is an issue with the wiring harness. I'd check the connections.
