2025 Ram Laramie Remote Start

Just turned in a 2022 Laramie lease for a 2025 Laramie. When I remote start my 2022 Laramie just the parking lights would be on. Now when I remote start my 2025 Laramie my headlights are on. It just so happens that my neighbors bedroom is in line with my driveway and I'm sure they don't appreciate me lighting up their bedroom early in the morning. Is there any way to turn these off during remote start?

Don't think so, try not backing in to your parking spot

I believe if you turn the headlight switch to off when you park they will stay off on remote start - if you leave it in auto it will depend on how light it is outside when you do the remote start.

Turn off Day Time Running Lamps in radio, vehicle, settings, then I think Lighting.

millerbjm was right. The switch has to be in the off position then they won't come on during remote start. I wish they kept it the same as my 2022 Laramie where during remote start they would be off, parking lights only on. Then when you get in and push the start button the lights would automatically come on. Every other vehicle out there that I know of only has parking lights during remote start.

Yea Ive noticed alot of little quirks that were changed from my last Ram (2014), Just takes some time to get used to. Like the Electric E-Brake button seems like it should be pull to unlock, press to lock, seems backwards to me??
