That's a buzzkill for sure. Almost nothing can kill the excitement of a new vehicle more than having issues right out of the gate. But that's what the warranty is for. Hopefully your dealer service department can sort that out for you quickly.
This is a factory new truck UConnect system?
Why are you posting in a vendor forum? Infotainment.com is a 3rd party vendor and did not make your UConnect system.
