I custom ordered a 2025 Ram 1500 Longhorn and took possession last week. I noticed right away on the way home that the normal cruise control and adaptive cruise control did not work. When I would hit the "Set +" button I would get the message " Active driving assist/ACC unavailable service required." I took it to Ram the next week and they said there is nothing they can do because there is no fix for it yet and that Ram engineers are working on it. Has anyone else had this issue? Pretty upsetting to purchase a $70,000+ vehicle and not have that work with no resolution in sight.
