2025 Bighorn headlight adjustment left/right

Do the factory led headlights have adjustment for left or right adjustment or just up and down? I just got my new truck and the driver light is pointing to the curb on the left side and not illuminating the road well in front of the truck.

Just up and down. I'd check the housing alignment. I'm not sure if there is any play in the housing mounting brackets.
