This is very frustrating and I hate thinking about it. I traded my mint 2022 in for a 2025. Didn't take long for regret to kick in. I drove my new truck for 2 weeks, TWO, before my digital gauge cluster went black. Less than 1,000 miles. It stays black for about 5 seconds then comes back on. Stays on for exactly 2 minutes and 10 seconds then repeats. It threw a check engine light. Also disables cruise, blind spot and lane keep assist. Can't remote start with the CEL. Mark Dodge has had it for 4 weeks now and I just don't think it's going to be fixed anytime soon. They are telling me Stellantis told them the new cluster should arrive on July 29th (last week) and the service guy called me yesterday to say they still haven't seen it.
I made the first payment with the truck sitting at the dealer, and I'm about to make the second with it at the dealer. The license plate is at my house, never got to put it on because the truck is at the dealer. You probably wouldn't know but this is my fifth 5th gen (19, 20, 21, 22, 25) so I'm pretty loyal to Ram, but things are going to change. I spent 2k in the first week on steps, tint, spray in liner, bed mat, and a bedcover. Be careful fella's, Stellantis will take your money but do little else after the sale.
