Has anyone swapped their taillights to the new 2025 taillights and manage to keep their blindspot monitoring system in tack?

Definitely something I am wanting to do, but keeping blindspot is a must.

Not going to happen. The canbus is different from the previous 2019 to 2024.

I'm curious what lights you have now (halogen, led, night package) and what lights you're wanting to swap to. Sounds like it isn't possible due to updated electrical for 2025 but in my case going from a 23 Laramie to a 25 I am most disappointed in the change from LED tail lights to halogen and the loss of amber turn/hazards.

I was not aware of the changes from LED to halogen, that is definitely a deal breaker to me.

Additionally the blind spot system is now tucked under the rear of the bed in a plastic bezel on all trims that have blind spot monitoring..

That will make tail light replacement cheaper. Tail lights with the blind spot, are close to $2,000. Fords are suffering tail light thefts, because they are removable without opening the tailgate.
