2025 1500 Limited doors will not lock/unlock

I have a new 2025 ram 1500 limited. Love the truck so far this is my 6th ram. Tonight when leaving work everything worked fine, stopped at gas station for milk for wife baking… shut truck off and locked doors with key fob like I normally do. Came back out hit unlock multiple times and tried the handle the truck mirror lights lit up and running boards came out but none of the doors unlocked. Tried the app still would not unlock.. finally used physical key in the fob and lock worked fine. Truck started up and ran fine. No errors on dash. Get home and I now still cant lock or unlock the other doors.. anybody else ever experience this or any ideas? I tried the other fob as well to no avail.. and of course it’s Christmas Eve so nowhere to bring it and I can’t get my kids in the truck.. lol

try a new battery in each fob, think is a 2032. might wake up the proximity antenna.

I will in the morning after presents. Going to unplug the main battery too see if maybe that resets something.. it’s weird cause it’s picking up the fob the mirror lights turn on and running boards come out but the door locks won’t do anything… with either fob and the app.. but I can unlock the door with physical key and drive the truck… unfortunately the other 3 doors don’t have keyholes…

Can you open them by pulling on the interior door handles?
If the lights and running boards respond to the fob then that should eliminate the fob battery and RF hub.
Interesting to hear what it does after disconnecting the 12 volt battery.

SO I went to put it in the garage this morning to play around with batteries and the freaking doors unlocked! now im nervous though... I mean NOTHING worked to open the other three doors, both fobs, the app, hitting the buttons when I got inside driver side with actual key I still couldn't open or unlock the other three doors... so fobs were working, app was working, truck was responding to everything else I just couldn't unlock the doors. never happened before this. no warning lights, no other issues. this is so weird.

Happened to me last year. Replacing the fob batteries worked, can confirm they are type 2032 buttons.

Copy that, hasn't happened since but maybe I will change the battery just in case. thank you. truck is awesome otherwise! LOVE the twin turbo, feels almost as fast as mY TRX

I have my ritual of when I change my smoke detector batteries, I change my fob batteries too.
