I am posting this here as a last resort, I (a lifetime Ram owner) purchased my truck (2024 Rebel 1500) on January 4th of this year (2024).

Within 2 weeks of ownership I was experiencing large amounts of moisture in the headlights, as well as moisture in the fog lamps and mirror turn signals.

I have had the truck at 2 different dealerships, every service writer and technician I have spoken with says this is not normal.

I have also been in contact with Ram Cares since the issue arose. It has taken 46 days since my last dealer visit to even get an answer from anyone on this matter.

As of today, I was informed that this "acceptable" and Ram is refusing to replace any of the lights in my truck.

Wonderful feeling driving a 69k truck around that looks like it's 20 years old.

This is a warning to all of you Ram owners, do not expect Ram to honor their "bumper to bumper warranty"

More photos, these are taken in sub zero Temps that allow the condensation in the lights to freeze.

Ram doesn't offer a bumper to bumper warranty.
It sucks they will not do anything, as those are sealed LED housings, which are clearly not sealed.
Is it all of your housings? Very odd.
I would expect premature failure in those due to fried led circuit boards, I believe they are only under warranty for 1 year for lighting, not 3. I believe it's $1200 a headlight housing.

Yes sir all forward facing lights on the truck have issues... the fogs lamps and mirror lights get moisture very intermittently... but the headlight assemblies fog over every time they are turned on, or even with external temperature swings.
