Disclaimer: I've spent hours looking through forums, don't see this particular issue documented.
'23 Sport with the Alpine system. I'm at 2000km on the odometer and the passenger side speakers only output about 1/4 volume compared to drivers side, regardless of fade/balance. Dealer is working with Chrysler Canada for a resolution. Apparently one piece of "hardware" and a software fix are coming, ETA on hardware at SIX weeks.
. So, I'm driving a loaner as I refused to take the truck home until this is resolved.
One of the Service Techs at my dealer has similar symptoms on his '23 Rebel as well...incidentally, his build date correlates to mine: June 2023.
My question to the community: has anyone else seen/experienced this? If so, was it dealt with under warranty? Outcome?
TIA.
