2022 Ram 2500 block block heater question

I just bought a 2500 Laramie night edition. When I ordered the truck I paid a little extra to have a block heater installed.

I don’t know if it is supposed to have a cord somewhere that I plug-in or if it runs off of the truck batteries?

The manual wasn’t really clear To me and I looked around and can’t find a cord anywhere. Anybody know how these work
