2022 ram 1500 bighorn uconnect freeze up

Bought brand new on turkey day 2022. 2600 miles now. Have 8" screen with nav etc. Allready in dealership 1 time in regards no help. Volume will freeze up, I turn it up or down no response, then like 30 sec later it mimics my actions. Volume shoots up then down etc
A Happened 6-7 times now, latest this morning. always when driving thus I can't just video it on ph. . Screen goes black. Nothing helps bring it back. Had truck into dealership last week. Said it's up to date and there done all they can do. I paid big $ for my 1st brand new truck. And I get this. About to go picket dealership. Very upset.

I was on a road trip driving from NC to NY. Almost immediately my radio became unresponsive. I couldn't change the channel...I couldn't turn it down. Nothing. I needed the radio on for NAV and I was stuck loud on a channel I would not pick for 12 hrs. Stopped many time turn the truck on and off and nothing. I finally called Uconnect and explained. They wanted me to go to a dealer in a random state at 5pm. Not happening. I said can't you just flash the radio? That seemed like a NO. Went into a restaurant for a bite to eat...came out and radio was miraculously fixed. Never had the issue since and that is 8.4 with Nav. I swear they did something to reset it.
