every now and then the voice comes on and asks were I want to go or how may I help you without me asking then I have to yell cancel this happens twice a week and getting worse. Any idea on what to do still under warranty

I think there is a section in the menu about having a wake up word like Hey Ram or something like that. You can disable it to where you have to push the voice control button to activate voice commands.

Yup, disable it in the menu. I've had it activate in error and just use the voice button if I need it.
