Just bought a new to me 2022 limited. Didn't notice till the next day the front seats look to be browning on the sides and the back when looking at it from the back seat. Anyone run into this? Is this just in need of a cleaning and conditioning job? Came from a 2019 and never ran into this.

Never saw this in 140K plus miles on my 2015. On the driver seat side, where you slide in, slide out…there was a little wear and a little lighter gray lines from all the flexing.
Approaching 18K on my 23 Limited and my seats still look like new.
It surely can’t hurt to give them a good clean and condition.

Got any pictures? Sure it wasn’t the lighting where you are at?

Finally got a good leather cleaner and a scrub brush and got it off. Think the last person was a heavy smoker and it was buildup on there. Hell of a lot of buildup on a truck that only had 13k miles on it though.

Who knows, it's a truck. People tend to use them as such. Glad you were able to remove it whatever it was. I will say that I would avoid buying a truck that was owned by a smoker. You never get the smell out, especially for someone who used to smoke. I swear I never noticed stuff like that before I ever smoked LOL.
