2022 Big Horn Eco Diesel…tailgate will unlock while driving or won’t unlock at all. Also gives a message “to unlock tailgate shift to park”

Tailgate will unlock while driving or won’t unlock at all. It also gives an error message “to unlock tailgate shift to park” or “unlock tailgate to open.” When it does open the lock actuators go nuts. I’ll also hear a clicking sound underneath the driver’s side dash which I assume is the relay switch. Is anyone else having these type of issues?

It also won’t unlock sometimes. When it does unlock the lock actuators go crazy. They start popping open uncontrollably.
