2022 1500 Squealing sound.. Help!

I have a 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie 5.7 HEMI eTorque. While driving at highway speeds when not using the accelerator there is a whistle/squealing sound coming from underneath the truck, as soon as I touch the accelerator, it sounds like it vacuum seals and stops. The bad news is apparently only people under 40 can hear this sound, I have driven around with mechanics who can't hear it, but then have people in their 20s/30s who can hear it just fine but aren't mechanics, it's loud to me. It's under warranty, but I've been to three dealers, and they can't "Replicate" the noise. Does anyone know what this could be?? Thank you!
