I recently bought a 2022 Ram 1500 Longhorn Edition. I purchased the OEM trailer brake controller online and installed it. I used the obdgenie trailer brake controller programmer to program the brake controller. When I got done, it said the program was successful. I started the truck and my 12 inch display will not work. Black screen, no heat or ac controls. I tried to do a soft reset with no luck. I removed the battery terminals for 15-20 minutes, still nothing. Nothing is working. Any ideas on what the issue could be? Any help is appreciated!
