2021 ram rebel with factory 18 inch wheels and duratracks stock measurements ground to factory wheel flare

reading and trying to find out what other owners are sitting at stock height.
i am at 40 1/2 rear and 38 1/2 front

trying to find combination to level my truck at like 42 inches
and later put 295 70 18 tires .
this is the lift kit i am looking at.. thanks

With a Rebel, unless you go with a 4" lift, you're only going to get about 2" of lift from struts. I put a 2" spacer on my fronts, and air bags in the back, and I sit at about 39.5 front, 40.75 rear. Starting was about 37.5/38 and 40.25. Go much more with spacers/struts, and you're stressing your CV axles.

Here are my before/Afters. 2021 Rebel
Before: Factory Bilstein 4600s, ORP
After: Bilstein 5100s setting 5, RL UCA, Icon +1.5" Rear Coil Spring
I put a few hundred miles on it this weekend and it is pretty damn close stock ride. If I am looking for something, i feel like the back end feels slightly looser going around an exit ramp etc. but this could be me digging for something, I only had a few hundred miles on the truck total before this switch. So far I am happy.

I'm not sure you will be able to get 42" on the stock wheels/tires without doing a 4"+ lift that replaces the knuckles etc. otherwise you will run into CV angle issues from my understanding. The lift you linked would probably get you somewhere similar to my truck.

If your goal is to keep the stock 18 and run 295/70/18, then you only need 2inches of lift. I have seen others post they run that tire setup with stock 18s using 2" lift.

I think if you go all the way to 42" (4" lift), 295's are going to look small. I'm either going to go with 295/70R18 or 35 x 12.50 with the measurements I listed above on stock 275/70R18's. If I went with 35's I'd be around 40.5 front and 42.75 rear.

Personally no. I like the look of 295/70's, but I'd really like to see if I can get 35's on the truck without too much trimming. I had 295/70's on my Titan with a 3" lift, and they were great.
