2021 ram bighorn 6 cylinder

Truck has less than 500 miles on it.. Severe rumbling at low idle about 1000 rpm no matter what speed.. Arrigo of West Palm Beach says not to worry just bring it back when it gets worse.. Did not even drive truck because it took pic of mileage when dropped of & was same mileage when they told me to pickup.. I cause enough problems to get a mechanic to go for a ride with me.. He explained he heard the sounds but had no explanation on what it was. Was told just to drive it more when it gets worse to bring it back. When I express my concerns to the service manager as mechanic broke down he did not feel vibrations after taking the ride with me and the service manager told me I should go to another Dodge service center in Stuart because they have better mechanics.. After seeing the reviews on a rigo West Palm Beach I understand why they only get 2 stars. Over the top pistzoff at Dodge and Chrysler at this time..

Does the V6 have an eco mode - I thought only the Hemi had MDS. I would run away from that dealer and contact Ram Cares. The sound your describing does seem like what some experience when the truck goes to mds (my 2019 made some serious vibrations and drone in mds at low speed if I had a passenger) Maybe I missed a change that added mds to the V6 but otherwise that service dept is really bad.

I agree here...I have never seen anybody discuss these trucks going into 3 cylinder mode. Might want to find a new dealer and report this dealer
