I have 5th gen 21 1500 and had dealer install the new mopar lift with fox shocks, I have 2 issues with it since installed and a few other issues. First it has loud clunk and cracking noise on both sides when hitting bumps if I hit wash board gravel it sounds like metal on metal snacking together. 2nd issue is its not remotely close to 2" higher then it was stock. With factory wheels and 35x11.50r20 nitto Ridge grapplers it sits at 2"over stock on stock tires its not even quite an inch over stock? 3rd issue Radio goes silent every few days and have to pull truck over shut it off then restart. 4th the dash sounds like loose screws bouncing around when hitting bumps. 5th the doors all rattle. Anyone else have these issues? This is my 4th new ram in 4 yrs and so far this thing seems like a pos.

All things that should be addressed by the dealer who installed your lift.
Brilliant observation Einstein. Last I checked this was a forum to ask questions not have some dipwad tell me to go to the dealer.

You waited 6 months to respond with that type of response?

Issues you listed sounded like an improper installation by your dealer. Thus, taking it back there would be the best option.

Radio issue, could also need an update, also something your dealer needs to do depending on the version you have.

Thanks for coming to this Ted talk.
