2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn

I just got a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn with 58,000 miles. I noticed it's missing dealer options like remote start and other exterior dashboard buttons, not included. Can I add any of these functions/buttons to my truck? I know I can't do anything about making it a 4 Wheel Drive, which it is a real-wheel drive. Is there anything I can add to the truck? I really like the truck i just overlooked certain things when purchasing.

Yes, use search and look in the modification section to find many posts about things you can add. Many of us have done it.
