2021 limited 1500 door handle

I’m trying to replace my exterior rear door handle but cannot find a video on how to do it. I looked on YouTube and found a video about using a t20 to remove from door seal but mine is not the same as the video. Is there a way to remove the door handle without removing the door panel? Thanks.

You don't remove the door panel, or any seal. There is a hole in the end of the door right in line with the handle. Sometimes there is a sticker over the hole. You loosen the screw until it stops, you do not remove it. When it backs against the stop, the handle should shift, and pop off.
