I have a 21 Laramie with the 8.4/nav and HK stereo. In early spring it seems the radio/processor inside has failed, since the speakers are muddy and all you really hear are the two front dash speakers. The sub is also “light” sounding and rattly now. It’s been to two different dealers for over a week each and all they do is reset the radio and say they can’t find anything wrong, but there obviously is knowing what it sounded like prior. Has anyone ran into sound quality issues like this and gotten them resolved?
