2021 Big Horn third brake light LED swap?

I bought the Diode Dynamics third brake light and cargo LEDs. The cargo lights work great! But the brake light won’t fire on at all.

I’ve noticed that Lasfit says the brake light won’t work on the 2021. DD said it would.

Has anyone solved this yet? Any working LED stories on a 2021 third brake light?

Have you tried flipping the bulb/swapping the polarity?
