2021 Big Horn no "RAM APP" support?

Bought a used 2021 BigHorn 1500 4x4 last Friday, was looking at the Ram app and it doesn't support remote start/ door lock/unlock?

My 2023 Ram 1500 Tradesman has app support for remote lock and unlock.

Some 21/22 model year trucks shipped without the connected services hardware due to chip shortage. Could the the issue.

You also need to pay for the subscription, if it does have connected services, orbit won't show up on the app

Found out it's not supported by calling Ram connect and SXM guardian.

I was willing to pay for remote start so I could cool truck down on those 100 deg Georgia days this summer.

Key fob doesn't work from my enclosed office space 988 feet away.
