I'm new to this forum, but I recently purchased a used 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn with a 5.7 Hemi engine. I've been experiencing a persistent issue where the truck won't start, particularly in the mornings. I took it to the dealership, and they informed me that the problem was with my battery. I accepted their advice and bought a new battery, but I'm still having the same issue.

Now, I'm confident it's not the battery because my dashboard and cluster lights illuminate, and when I press the start button, I only hear a click. I suspect it might be an electrical issue or something related to the remote start system. Despite these troubles, I love my truck, but I need to figure out what's going on so I can get it fixed.

If the truck detects a low voltage, you will only get that click. It's the same with most of these push to start vehicles. Either something is draining the battery just enough or you could have a grounding issue. The first place to check on the battery to chassis grounds.

I will look into this and let you know. Thank you.
