2021 1500 Laramie 5.7

I have 62k on truck and love the truck other than the misfire I have had recently. The dealership recommended changing all 8 injectors because this truck is known for these problems. The dealership wanted $2700 to repair. I bought them myself to replace and the next day code was gone, and truck runs fine. I did have to replace an injector about 4000 miles earlier and wonder if i changed the plugs would be fine since i imagine they could be fouled from the earlier injector problem. Does anyone have experience with this? I did a little browsing on the forum, there is a lot of content but scratching the surface while learning the site.
