Truck underwent the CP4 recall replacement, then immediately it began developing a no.6 injector miss and then the injector open code the following day. My thoughts; are the trucks original OEM fuel injectors incompatible with the new high pressure fuel pump.?

Not the case. Fuel injectors haven't changed 19-24. So/HO use the same injectors.
The only thing changed for the CP4 recall (new pump is CP-ISB19S3 aka CP3.3) is one of the output lines and a power steering hose. They add a short wiring harness and flash the ECU.
You'll get better info on our sister site HDRAMS.COM. This is the 5th gen 1500 site. Contrary to what the internet tells you, your truck is not a 5th gen.
