2020 Ram Rebel left tail light out

Hello,

I have a 2020 Ram Rebel and the left tail light is out. It's an LED. I ordered a new one and put it on but this one didn't work either. I checked the power coming out of the cable into the light and it's showing power is coming through.
Anyone have this issue before? Looking for some help.

Check ground G812A.
Not sure if 2019 and 2020 are wired the same?
