2020 ram longhorn panoramic sunroof seal replacement, HELP

Alright guys, I got a 2020 Ram longhorn, that has damaged seal on the sunroof, so to replace this I'm assuming the sunroof has to come out? So my question is does the headliner have to come out of the vehicle or can it be lowered enough, and are they any tips on the easiest way to go about this,

I'm not sure, I bought this truck at a auction, im thinking it was leaking and somebody thought they could replace it from the outside

Looks like some critter was chewing on it. You can even see their footprints in that area of the roof.
