Hello, i will be sharing my experience here, it might help fellow Ram users and probably save them some time and money.

Truck was parked in driveway, when a 3 day rainy storm hit the city. During that time I remote started the truck as usual, drove 1 mile and CEL popped up, kicking the fan on! , AGS will stay open, fan will stay on, with continuous periodic grinding/failed attempt of the actuator to close the shutters!. I did, erased the code with OBD few times but after few minutes CEL will pop back again.
So, I opened everything and find no issues with wiring,LIN, etc etc. I did lot of research, and the only logical thing was to replace the actuator!
before I do it by myself, I went to dealership and they diagnosed that Active grill shutter assembly needs to replaced! Diagnosis was 200$ CAD and replacing part with labour was another 970$ CAD.
So, I ordered 50$ actuator from Amazon and replaced it, erased codes, with a mechanic friend! After 2 minutes, I was back where I started!
Mechanic friend told me that parts aftermarket parts from amazon, many time do not work with newer vehicles as they need to be caliberated.!
So, after speaking to couple of dealerships, mechanics and parts shop, I ordered full Active grill shutter assembly, priced at 533 CAD.
Once the part is here I will be update here the progress made! Dealership is asking another 350 CAD labour to install it.

As of now, what I have known this is very common problem with 2020 DT, there are many forums and videos available, take there help and check for basic stuff like wiring, erasing codes etc and then order the original part or get it from a wreck shop, try to install it yourself(clear the codes too), if problem still remains then go to dealer.
Many dealer have charged 1200 CAD and replaced the full assembly and problem is still there and they do not know themselves what else to do next! (people have replaced even the PCM from dealership and the problem is still there!

There are lot of posts about failed AGS and how to go about it on the forums, might try a search.
