2020 Ram 5.7 eTorque

My eTorque rear bearing went out and took out the eTorque. I just installed a used eTorque, that was working before I installed it, and it does not charge. Any ideas why?

My guess would be yes.

if it was just the bearing, take the controller off of the old unit and use it. Save a dealer charge maybe.
