2020 Ram 1500

I picked up my ram 1500 lariat from the dealership today after being worked on yeah it's burked on and I noticed mold on my seatbelt and wet in the back seat told to deal that somebody must have left the door open or something because a truck was not like this when I brought it in there was no help from the dealership on this what's my next move

you picked it up as you just bought it? Just had it serviced or warranty work done?
